Cruinniú na nÓg is a new national day of creativity for children and young people, taking place on Saturday, 23rd June 2018, and we will be celebrating it at the Old Fort Quarter Festival with a whole host of free events for children, young people and their families!

Cruinniú na nÓg aims to celebrate and encourage children and young people’s participation in culture and creativity through a compelling spread of performances, art and music workshops, special events and much more across two locations.

These events are fully funded by Creative Ireland (as part of Cruinniú na nÓg), through the Arts Office of Laois Co Co & co-ordinated/run by Arts Officer/School of Muisic/Music Generation Laois.

At Fitzmaurice Plaza there will be:
